Step 4: Replace Searing Burner Orifice

a. Remove the COTTER-PIN 2 screws on Searing burner and remove the burner

b. Remove the 2 screws on the fire baffle in the front of Searing burner and remove the

fire baffle panel.

c. Remove the 1 screw on the Searing burner igniter.

d. Locate LP-Orifice (inside front wall of firebox) & and use 7mm long socket to
replace with NG-Orifice (2.1mm)

e. Replace & Secure Burner.

f. Replace all Burners, Flame-Tamers & Cooking-Grids.
