Chapter 3: System Setup

Installing a CPU

1. Locate the CPU socket on the motherboard.

2. Unlock the socket by pushing the two load levers down, moving them

sideways until they are released from the retention tabs; then lift the
load levers up and remove the CPU protective cap.
