3.3 Install DDR4 SODIMM Module
Nuvo-6000 series provides one 260-pin, SODIMM socket for installing DDR4 memory
module. It supports maximal 16GB capacity by installing one 16 GB DDR4-2133 SODIMM
modules. You can install/replace DDR4 SODIMM modules by following the steps described
in this section.
1. Follow instructions described in section 3.1.1 to remove the chassis cover. You can
see the DDR4 SODIMM socket on the SBC exposed.
2. Tile the SODIMM module and insert it to the SODIMM socket. As it’s firmly contacted
with socket connectors, press it down until the clamps of the socket snap into the
latching position of SODIMM module.
