Press the shaft lock firmly to prevent the spindle from turning, 

then use the lock nut wrench to screw a lock nut (1) on to the 

spindle to secure the wheel in place.

To remove the wheel, press the shaft lock firmly to prevent the 

spindle from turning, then use the lock nut wrench to remove 

the lock nut from the spindle, freeing the wheel, plastic pad, 

and inner flange. 

Mounting an Abrasive Disc 

1.

 

Ensure the speed selector switch is in the Off position (

0

). 

 

Caution: 

To minimize the risk of accidental activation, 

ensure the speed selector switch is in the Off (

0

) 

position before performing any maintenance on the 

angle grinder, as well as during transport and storage. 

2.

 

Place a rubber pad (3) on to the spindle. 

 

3.

 

Position the disc (2) on top of the rubber pad.
