SMTP Server Address

Required for Internet Fax (E-mail) and TX to E-mail / Scan to E-mail transmission.
* Consult with the network administrator.

E-mail Address

Specify the mail address of this machine.
* Consult with the network administrator for acquiring it.

SMTP Authentication User Name

Specify the user name when you use the sending E-mail authentication (SMTP authentica-
tion) function.
* Consult with the network administrator.

This setting is not required when the SMTP Authentication User Name is the same as the
POP3 user name.

SMTP Authentication Password

Specify the password when you use the sending E-mail authentication (SMTP authentica-
tion) function.

SMTP RX Settings

Self-Domain Name

Specify the domain name of this machine.
Authenticating users during SMTP reception prevents reception from non-specified par-
ties.
