Basic Operations
Sending a fax from a PC
(PC-Fax Transmission)
1 Create documents with a application
software.
2 With the application software, select
[Print].
3 Select the fax driver of this machine
with "Printer Name", then click [Print].
4 Enter the "Name" and "FAX Number",
then click [Add Recipients].
5 Click [OK].
Transmission starts.
You can directly fax documents created in a PC.
Before Starting
Operations ●
To use PC-Fax Function, the optional Fax Kit is required.
●
To use PC-Fax Function, the fax driver must be installed on PC beforehand.
Refer to
"Installing the Printer Driver/Fax Driver" on page 1-51 .

To use PC-Fax Function, you must set the IP Address, etc. of the machine beforehand.
Refer to
"Network Configuration" on page 1-40 .
●
