Clock/Calendar Display/Time and Date

Description

The system uses Clock/Calender Display/Time and Data for:

•

Central Office Calls (Access Maps)

•

Class of Service (Class)

•

Direct Inward Lines

•

Display Telephones

•

Night Service (Automatic)

•

Programmable Trunk Parameters

•

Ring Groups

•

Station Message Detail Recording

•

System Reports

•

Toll Restriction (Class)

•

Trunk Group Routing

•

Voice Mail

•

Voice Response System

Using the Daylight Savings Setup program, you can determine whether the system should automati-
cally adjust the system time for daylight savings time/standard time changes.

Clock Adjustment

The system can be programmed to automatically adjust the system clock on a nightly basis. This
feature allows you to make adjustments should the system cabinet regularly lose or gain time.

Conditions

•

The system retains the Clock/Calendar Display after a power failure or system reset.

•

Changing the time may change the current Class of Service (COS) service depending on the COS
mode setup.

•

You can program the system to automatically switch modes.

•

Single line telephones cannot set the time and date.

•

Changing the system time automatically changes the InMail time.
