CD-ROM Reader/DVD Drive
Your computer comes with a high-speed ATAPI CD-ROM
reader or a DVD drive. The CD-ROM reader/DVD drive
operates at different speeds depending on whether the CD
you are using contains data or music. High-speed operation
lets you get your data faster and see smoother animation
and video.
NOTE
The CD-ROM reader/DVD drive in your
system might look different from the one shown in
the following figure. The features depend upon the
model you purchased.
