● Send Noti Þ cation
Enabling this object results in an Email noti Þ cation being sent to all participants (for which
Email addresses have been entered).
The Email information is entered in the following screen - after clicking on

● Recurrences
Organizers may schedule a conference to recur in a cycle of 1-31. The number of recurrences
is dependant on the number of days in the month. (Default: 0)
● Recurrence Period
Organizer may schedule conference to recur daily or weekly. (Default: Daily)

4. From the new window, you can enter the Participant name information and Email information. The
name and Email information is not required to create the conference. When complete, click
Submit
