Troubleshooting
Problem Resolution
The reset button does
not respond.
Use the MobilePro 900c stylus to reset
the unit (see “Resetting the MobilePro” in
Chapter 4).
Remove the main battery. Reinstall the
battery and make sure it is seated
properly.
Try resetting the unit again.
Be sure to make regular backups.
