Chapter 2  Preparations

When a RAID Controller (N8103-149) is installed and an extra 2.5-inch HDD cage (N8154-56F) is 

connected: 

When a RAID Controller (N8103-149) is installed and an extra 2.5-inch HDD cage (N8154-56F) is connected, 
dedicated cables (K410-277(00) and K410-287(00)) are required. Do not use the cable that comes with the 
extra 2.5-inch HDD cage (N8154-56F). Install the hard disk drives sequentially starting from the leftmost slot 
when viewed from the front. 

 

Tips 

Dedicated cables (K410-277(00) and K410-287(00)) are required for connection. Do not 

use the cable that comes with the extra 2.5-inch HDD cage (N8154-56F)
