Procedures after Completion of Installation    5-7 

 

Uninstallation procedure 

1. 

Log in to the service console as a root user. 

2. 

Run the following command to uninstall the package. 

    Note that procedures vary depending on the server you use.   

# rpm -e Esmpro-Express 

# rpm -e Esmpro-ft 

# rpm -e Esmpro-type1 

# rpm -e Esmpro-common 

 

IMPORTANT: 

Make sure to uninstall the package in this order. 

 

 

3. 

Uninstall the server management driver by the rpm commands. 

# rpm -e libnecsmbios 

# rpm -e nechwid 

 

4. 

Run the following command to delete of file. 

# rm /etc/cron.daily/esmrestart 

 

5. 

Reboot the OS.   

# sync 

# reboot
