LOGGED OUT IP STATION
– CALL
DESTINATION
■The
Call Forwarding
-
Logout
key must be programmed
by
the
Telephony
Server
administrator
on
the
Programmable feature key or soft key.
■“FDL” is displayed as the soft key of
Call Forwarding
-
Logout
feature.
To Set
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key.
2.
Press the Call Forwarding-Logout key or dial
“Logged Out IP Station - Call Destination” access
code.
3.
Dial the destination station number; receive a
service set tone.
4.
Replace the handset or press the Speaker key.
Logged Out IP Station - Call Destination is set.
To Verify
1.
Press “Logged Out IP Station - Call Destination”
feature key lit red or press the FDL soft key.
2.
The display indicates the station number calls are
forwarded.
With soft key operation, the
FDL
soft key lights on the
display.
To Cancel
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key; receive
a dial tone.
2.
Press the Call Forwarding-Logout key or dial
“Logged Out IP Station - Call Destination” cancel
code; receive service set tone.
3.
Replace the handset or press the Speaker key.
Logged Out IP Station - Call Destination is
canceled.
CALL BACK
If Called Station Is Busy
■The
Flash
key must be programmed by the Telephony
Server administrator on a Programmable feature key.
■The
Call Back
key must be programmed by the Telephony
Server administrator on the Programmable feature key or
soft key.
■“CB” is displayed as the soft key of
Call Back
feature.
1.
Press the Call Back key. Receive a service set
tone.
- OR
–
1.
Press the Flash key and enter “Call Back” access
code.
2.
When the both parties become an idle state, the
calling party's phone rings. The calling party
would go off-hook and hear a ring back tone.
The called station would then be ringing.
3.
The connection is established when the called
party answers.
Call Back may be programmed by the Telephony Server
administrator on a Programmable feature key or by the user
on a
One-Touch Speed Calling
key.
