Copy Character Set from ROM to RAM

Copies characters in the active ROM set to RAM. Use this command to re-initialize the user
defined character set. Code Page 437 is copied by default at initialization.

Enable Double Strike (Slip Station)

Overprints a second pass of the print line on the slip station to improve penetration of
multiple forms and increase print contrast. The second pass is printed the same direction
as the first to ensure accuracy of the overprint. The printer is reset to the standard print
mode after a line has been printed or after a Clear Printer (10) command is received.
