Setup:
Adjust the seat height so elbows are aligned with axis of rotation. Select
desired resistance by turning the main weight selection knob and the add
on weight lever. Grip the handles lightly with hands resting on pads.
Performing the Exercise:
Push the handles down while keeping your elbows on the pad and aligned
with the pivot point. Hold the handle briefly in the contracted position and
slowly return arm to the start position.
