Setup:
Before entering machine, pull the seat release handle to raise the seat to
the top position. Sit and lower the seat until your navel aligns with the red
axis indicator. Select the desired resistance by turning the main weight
selection knob and add on weight lever. Place your legs behind the roller
pads. Grasp the handles and rest your elbows on the elbow pads.
Performing the Exercise:
Perform the crunch movement by pulling the elbow pads toward your knees
while maintaining contact with the upper and lower back pads. Pause and
slowly return to the start position.
