Setup:
Adjust the seat height so that the red axis indicators align with
shoulders. Adjust the start position with the range of motion adjustment
to provide the desired stretch. Place upper arms on pads and hands
lightly on grips.
Alternate:
Curl your arms around the roller pads without using the hand
grips. (Alternate position illustrated in white).
Performing the Exercise:
Bring elbows as close together as possible while keeping your
shoulders placed against the back pad. Slowly lower the weight to
starting position. Repeat the motion, while maintaining proper body
positioning.
