13. Nautel provides telephone and email support for its products for the life of the product at no

charge. After the warranty period, parts and on-site support for the equipment are offered at a

rate to be determined upon request.

Technical assistance

Nautel's field service department provides telephone technical assistance on a 24 hour, seven

days a week basis. Requests by other media (fax or e-mail) will be responded to the next

working day if received after Nautel's normal working hours. Contact the appropriate field
