Power Up Test
At start up, hardware status is provided on the Home page. The Start Up log, accessed in the About page, provides textual information about
the system status with detailed information about detected devices.
While running the Keypoint.NET application Power Up test, the following hardware /equipment related alerts may appear on the screen.
Follow the Recommended Action if these alerts appear.

Current Stimulator may be
malfunctioning
Problem occurred during the power up test of the stimulator. Exit the Keypoint.NET program and verify
the cable connection to the current stimulator.
Do not use the current stimulator when this message is shown; the stimulator might be defective.
If problem persists, contact Technical Support.
No Hardware detected
Communication between PC and Hardware cannot be established. Exit the Keypoint.NET program, and
check the following:
•
The USB cable connection between the computer unit and the Rear Panel of Main Unit;
•
The power cable connection on the Rear Panel of Main Unit;
•
The HS Link cable connection on the Side Panel of the Main Unit.
•
If problem persists, contact Technical Support.
Invalid License
The license for the Keypoint system is not recognized. This may occur if the base system has been
replaced or a temporary license has expired. Conduct the following steps:
•
Check the cable connections to the base
•
Restart Keypoint.NET software
•
If problem persists, contact Technical Support.
