CONTROL section overview
(1) CONTROL mode/MIDI button: Press
CONTROL
at anytime to return to the default mode of
MASCHINE. In this mode, each pad represents a Sound which can be played live and re-
corded into the internal sequencer or your DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). At the same
time, Control mode provides instant access to all Sound, Group and Master parameters via
the buttons and knobs. You can also use the
CONTROL
button to access MIDI mode by

. This mode will enable you to use MASCHINE as a MIDI con-
