Installing Gate Post Brackets and the Arms (Push-to-Close/ Pull-to-
Open)



Retract the arms (you can use the backup battery to help retract the Arms) and open
the gates to the fully-opened position.



Assemble the

gate post brackets

(Primary Wall Bracket and Secondary Wall

Bracket) by placing the secondary wall bracket between the middle gap of the
primary wall bracket. Do not tighten the nylon nut yet.



400mm Stroke Arm. Place the gate post brackets in a position whereby the distance
of [J] and [K] are approximately [J = 200 - 220mm] and [K = 200 - 240mm] –from
the centre of the gate hinge bearing. (refer to Figure 1)



Attached the retracted arms onto the gate post bracket assembly.



Pivot the arms on the gate post brackets towards the gate.



At the position in which the arms contact the gate, temporarily hold the

gate

bracket

with a clamp. This marks the position of the gate bracket.



Extend the Arms to close the gates.



To extend the Arms use the backup battery supplied in your packing.
