Select the library RLF data field. The
‘Select Reporter Library File’ screen will
appear (Figure 78).

Select the RLF to use with this sample and
press enter. The RLF contains the
information necessary to link the digital
color-coded reporter signals to their target
identities.
IMPORTANT:
Selecting the wrong RLF during
CDF creation will result in incorrect Reporter
Code Counts.

Once information for selected fields is input,
press done. This sample information will be
output with the RCC data and can be used for
parsing or annotating data.
The ‘Cartridge information’ screen will appear
with the defined samples displayed in blue
(Figure 79).
