Spring stop bumper

Whizz nut (M8)

Mechanical stop bracket

Remove the Whizz nut (M8) and remove the Spring Stop Bumper from the
Mechanical Stop Bracket.

Replace the Spring Stop Bumper.

Reassemble in reverse order.

•

When replacing the End Stop Bumper, Spring Stop Bumper, or Spring Shaft,
apply Loctite 242 to the screw threads when refitting the nuts.

•

Apply a film of silicone grease to the face of the End Stop and Spring Stop
Bumpers.
