Replacing the Kicker Spring and/or Stop Bumpers

1. Remove the Kicker Arm.

(see 8-4 steps 1-4 page 63)

Remove the Spring and the two Spring Ends.

Remove 1off Whizz nut (M6) and remove the Spring Shaft.

Remove the Whizz nut (M8) and remove the End Stop Bumper.

Replace the End Stop Bumper.

Note:

When refitting the End Stop Bumper ensure that the cutaway section of the
End Stop Bumper aligns with the plate inside the Kicker Assy.
