2) OPERATING THE SMART LOOP QUICK RELEASE
3) RECONNECTING THE SMART LOOP QUICK RELEASE
To release yourself from the kite in an emergency situation, you must activate the Smart Loop Quick Release.
To activate the Smart Loop Quick Release:
Step 1:
Grab the handle of the Smart Loop Quick Release as shown.
Step 2:
Push the handle away from your body. The Smart Loop will open and release from the harness hook as shown.
Step 3:
Immediately let go of the handle. The Safety Leash will keep you attached to your kite while the kite depowers.
WARNING:
Always use a Safety Leash when using a Naish control system.
Step 1:
Insert the arm of the Quick Release
mechanism back into the end of the trim loop
as shown.
Step 2:
Push the handle up and over the arm.
WARNING:
Check to make sure the handle is securely in position before launching your kite.
Step 3:
Pull the handle down over the arm to
secure it into position as shown.
