unresolved . If the door cannot be repaired immediately, turn off the door and leave it inoperable until repairs
can be made . Advise the owner NOT to operate the door in the automatic mode until repairs are effected .
NEVER leave a door operating without all safety detection systems operational .
CHAPTER 14: SOFTWARE UPDATE VIA USB
A software update of the GT20 control unit can be quickly and easily achieved with a USB flash drive.
Note: Not all USB flash drives can be used. It is recommended to test your flash drive on a test bench GT20 before using it on a
customer’s product
SECTION 14 .1: Preparation

The USB stick must contain a folder FD20G.

The file name of the application will be similiar to FD20GBL_V01_00_10.gds

The name of the file extension must be
gds.
•
The stick shall only contain one single FD20G folder.
•
There must be only one single file in the FD20G folder.
