Opus Error Msg NET-HT Error Msg Resolution
Drive
Drive-Motor error
► Check all connections between the Control and Motor.
► Check Motor Fuse.
► Check Motor for open circuit, short circuit, or short to ground.
► It is possible electrical noise may cause a false error. If the error does
not occur repeatedly then it’s most likely not
an issue
Drive-A/D error
Encoder Error
Encoder Error
► Check all connections between the Control and Motor.
► It is possible electrical noise may cause a false error. If the error does
not occur repeatedly then it’s most likely not
an issue.
MPU MPU-RAM error ► This could be a random error.
• If the error occurs repeatedly, please replace the OPUS Control.

► Check all connections between the Control and Motor.

► Cool down the motor, and adjust the recycle sensitivity and Open/
Close speed.

► Check operator (gear cracked, belt skipped).
Electrical Lock
Electrical lock error
► Check lock settings and wiring.
► Ensure lock delay is long enough, and not set to (After Lock Input).
► Ensure no programmable inputs are set to “Unlock Input” assuming
there is no lock feedback.
Communication
NET communication error
► Check the CAN-bus Cable between the two OPUS Controls.
