3. Place the washer (1) against the inner shoulder of the attachment points and insert the

mounting pin (2) through the shoulders and the mounting cylinder of the bar.

4. Lock the mounting in place with a spring cotter.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 for the second attachment point.

fastening screws.
