4.5 Deleting
a
User
Record
1. Press:
Ctrl 1
2. Select:
Administration [4]
3. Select:
User Records [1]
4. Select:
Delete [4]
5. Type in the user number you wish to delete, e.g. 123 and press
Enter
.
6. Press the
Delete
key and await confirmation that the user number 123 has
been deleted.
Note:
a. If the record you wish to delete is the target of a call transfer, i.e. 100 is
transferred to 123, the screen will display the message 123 Used in
Transfer. Refer to section 4.6 Deleting a User with a Call Transfer prior
to deleting the user record.
b. If the record you wish to delete is used in a team, the screen will display
the message 123 Used in Team. Refer to section 4. Searching User
Records, User In Team Search to identify the relevant teams using the
user number. Then refer to section 4.9 Editing a Team Record in order
to remove user number from the team prior to deleting the user record.
c. If the record you wish to delete is used in a DLC, the screen will display
the message 123 Used in DLC. Refer to section 4.12 User in DLC
Search then section 4.11 Creating & Editing a DLC Record.
7. Press the
Enter
key to repeat the process, or press
Ctrl 1
to return to the
main menu.
