Warranty and Regulatory Information
A Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) is not required.
Return shipping charges (surface) will be paid by MTS.
Please include, inside the shipping box, a description of the
problem, a return shipping address (must have street address,
not P.O. Box), a telephone number, and if the product is out of
warranty, a check or purchase order for repair charges.
Extended two-year overnight replacement agreements are
available for selected products. Please refer to our Overnight
Replacement Agreement on our web site for details on rates

Repairs for damages caused by lightning storms, water, power
