2. USE
2.1. VOLTAGE MEASUREMENT
Connect the red lead to the + terminal and the black lead to the COM terminal.
Set the switch to
V
to measure a DC voltage, or
V
to measure an AC
voltage.
Place the probe tips on the element to be tested, starting with the black
probe tip, and maintain firm contact.
The voltage is displayed.
At the end of the measurement, disconnect the + terminal first, then the
COM terminal.
Before turning the switch, withdraw the probe tips from the circuit being
tested.
