Calibration
5.4 Span Adjustment with Calibration Current
Applicable for replacement sensors only.
The data label on each spare sensor shows the specific concentration value CE. This value states the
equivalent concentration to a certain constant calibration current.
This adjustment must be performed in gas free atmosphere.
- Selected FMK 9002 operating mode is calibrating
- Zero adjustment according to section 5.1
- Press and hold button "20 mA/CE Value" (calibration current will be fed)
- Turn the span adjustment with a screwdriver until the reading of the digital display matches the
CE concentration value.
Note :
After the requested tests and settings have been performed, the test plug should be removed
in order to prevent eventual manipulations by unauthorized personnel. The test plug must be saved for
regular checks.
