Checking when YRC1000 is ready
The robot teach pendant is housed inside the Bolt X on Track base. To
access it, undo screwsx11 and remove the cover. Remember to replace the
pendant and the cover after you have used it.
Bolt X axes won’t move
Cabled properly but
there seems no power
in the robot.
Make sure you have enabled Bolt in Flair/RTL
(click on the
Engage Robot button).
Ensure that the Orange LED on YRC1000 is
on.
Switch the key in the teach pendant to TEACH
position. Try to move the arm using the Teach
Pendant:
1. On the Teach pendant, press the Servo
On Ready button. The Servo On LED will
start blinking.
2. Press the Deadman’s handle half way. This
will turn the motor on the robot on.
3. Press + or - for individual joints.
Remember to replace the Teach Pendant key to
REMOTE position after you have fixed the
issue.
Robot is engaged but
the axes remain grey
and do not move. Check the Second Home Position and reset.
