4. Schematic Diagram of Structure of Float Level Meter
DLZ-300 DIGITAL DISPLAY LEVEL METER (K SERIES)
1. Product Overview
The DLZ-300 digital display level meter developed by our company doesn't need any external
power, and the built-in lithium battery can supply power for more than three years. It is applicable
to accurate continuous level measurement of liquid nitrogen stored in 0-0.6MPa low-temperature
container and it has the incomparable technical performance. The data of the digital display level
meter can be collected and uploaded by radio to 800N and uploaded to
MRC big data cloud
platform via GPRS or WiFI. It has the advantages such as simple use, wide applicability, high
intelligence, stable measurement without drift, high stability, high reliability, tight and waterproof
structure and not requiring regular maintenance and recalibration.

① Sleeve the PTFE flat seal gasket into the sensor and then wrap M18 connecting thread with
Teflon tape and screw it into the container.
② In installation and use of the sensor, if dust, scrap iron, water and other foreign matters enter
into the inner and outer stages of the sensor, they will influence the normal work of the sensor.
③ There is cabling in the sensor and the level meter shall not be disassembled or assembled
privately.
