Phonebook

From the Number display/Mail Address display, select the second or third phone number/mail address,
( ) “Rearrange no.”/“Rearrange addr”
When multiple phone numbers/mail addresses are stored in the same Phonebook entry, the
second or third phone number/mail address in the Number display/Mail Address display can be
moved to the top.
In the Detailed Phonebook display, the first phone number/mail address is displayed.
You can change the background color for the Phonebook display.

From the Phonebook display,
( ) “Background” “Classic”/“Cute”/“Pop”/“Cool”
You can display the image stored in the Phonebook enlarged.

You can store birthdays from the Phonebook to the calendar as anniversary dates.

You cannot store it when no name is stored in the Phonebook entry or when the date and time are not set.

From the Detailed Phonebook display/Setup display,
( ) “Store as anniv” “YES”

The stored contents for the anniversary date are displayed as “
誕生日
(xxxx)”. xxxx is up to 11 bytes (5 full-pitch
characters/11 half-pitch characters) of the name stored in the Phonebook entry. “
誕生日
” means “birthday”.
