5. OPENING OF THE PUMP
TAKE ALL NECESSARY MEASURES TO
RENDER ANY START-UP, EVEN ACCIDEN-
TAL, OF THE PUMP DURING THE WORK
IMPOSSIBLE.

3.4 Pump stop
So as not to damage the pump, make sure that the
pump is completely stopped before closing the valves.
3.5 Scrapping
The pump must be scrapped in compliance with the
regulations in force.
During this operation, particular care must be paid to the
drainage stages of the pump (pumped product) and of
its transmission (lubricant).
