Inserting a Canned Message
1. While in the Message Editor, press

2. Select Canned Message.

to scroll through the list of canned messages.
4. When the canned message you want to insert is displayed, press

You can modify the canned message once it is in your message. For example, after
you insert
Will arrive in 15 minutes , you can change the 15 to 30 so the
message reads
Will arrive in 30 minutes

Creating Personal (Canned) Messages
To create up to 10 personal (canned) messages:
1. Enter the Message Editor, type your short message, and press

2. Select Store Personal Message.
3. At the prompt, enter a location number (0 to 9). The message is stored as that
Personal Message number. If a personal message already occupies that
location, the new message replaces the old message.
