Set Ringer Tone
Use this option to select a musical alert or standard ringing tone for incoming calls.

Use this option to turn the ringer tone for alarms on or off.
Set Message Alert Tone
Use this option to select a musical alert or standard ringing tone for incoming text
messages. Each selection plays as you scroll through the list. Press

Edit Music Tone
This option allows you to compose a musical alert and
send it via Text Messaging to another compatible
Motorola phone. The alert can have up to 35 notes and
3 octaves.

on the keyboard are musical notes A to G.

(rest) adds a pause. Press and hold

to extend
the length of the pause.
• Add a

between a note and the duration to change the pitch to either F lat or
S harp. Add a

anywhere else to change the pitch for all notes.
