General Operation

Status indicators can appear across the top of the home screen:

Whether a phone displays all indicators depends on the programming and services
to which the user subscribes.

services). 1X indicator shows when phone is

Indicates application verification is via SSL
during a download session.

Data Call, Tethered,
or Embedded WAP/
BREW Application

Shows during data call, tethered mode, or

Dormant

Indicates phone is dormant and PPP session
is active.

No Service

Phone is in area with no service coverage.

No V CAST TV
Service

Phone is in an area with no TV service
