configuration data, log on
as an administrator, open
a command prompt and
execute the following
command:

\PWVault
\pwvadmin.exe
export –app
APP_GROUP_CRYPTO –
quiet –fpath
<PATH>
where
<PATH>
is the di-
rectory and filename
where the backed up da-
ta are placed.
Secure Software Key files If you use software key storage mode,
locate and back up your key files. To open the keystore di-
rectory in which the key-
files are stored, in the
Console Dispatch Status
application, select the
Encryption/Licensing
tab, and click Key Store .
NOTICE: Per-
form these ac-
tions only when
you uninstall
the dispatch
console. Key-
files are pre-
served during
an upgrade.
Enhanced Alert Tones C:\Users\Public\Public

7100\alert tones If using Enhanced Alert
Tones, back up the fold-
ers with the audio files.
