Hold down the ‘PROG’ button. (The word BREW will be shown in
the display whilst the programmed brew time is being set).
Press HOUR until the desired hour for brewing is shown.
Press MIN until the desired minutes past the hour for brewing are
shown.
Release the program button.
IMPORTANT. This function is for use with PRE-GROUND beans
only. The coffee and water must be in place before switching the
unit to AUTO. (Refer to the section called ‘using pre-ground
coffee’ for setting up the machine).
You can make sure the programmed time for automatic brew is
correct by pressing PROG.
Press AUTO (the AUTO light flashes).
Press ON/OFF twice (the auto light stops flashing and the BREW
light comes on).
The unit will now BREW at the pre-set time.
The programmed time cannot be altered when the unit is in the
AUTO mode. If you need to alter the programmed brew time, you
must first of all cancel the AUTO function by pressing AUTO (the
lights will go off on the display). Then alter the program as
described above.
