protrude through the slots in the
motor bracket .Securely tighten the
locknuts onto the threaded studs.

Insert the pin through the yoke and
downrod until the point appears on
the other side.

Insert downrod into yoke. Align the
hole in the downrod with hole in the
yoke.

Use metal outlet box suitable for fan
support (must support 35 lbs).
Before attaching fan to outlet box,
ensure the outlet box is securley fas-
tened by at least two points to a
structural ceiling member ( a loose
box will cause the fan to wabble).
use only the screws provided
with the outlet box.

Thread leadwires and safety cable
through the mounting plate.
Loosen the 2 set screws in yoke.

Install the 3 screws previously
removed from step 18.

Connect plug from fan to plug from
switch cap..

Remove the cotter and keeper pins
and save for later use.
Remove the hanger ball by loosening
the setscrew in the hanger ball until
the ball falls freely down the down-
rod. Remove the pin from the down-
rod, then remove the hanger ball.
Save the pin and hanger ball for later
use.

Thread the leadwires through the
downrod as shown.
Install the keeper to pin.
