BOITE DE DISTANCES - SEED SPACING GEARBOX - WECHSELGETRIEBE - SCATOLA DELLE DISTANZE

La boîte de distance comporte un ensemble supérieur baladeur à 6 dentures et un pignon inférieur fixe à 3 dentures.
Le tableau ci-dessous indique les distances théoriques réalisables pour chaque disque.
Calcul sur la base d’un développé de roue de 1,96 m. Formule de calcul pour un développé de roue différent :
Exemple : Distance = (17 cm x ND) (ND = nouveau développé en m).

ATTENTION : les distances du tableau sont théoriques, des variations de 5 à 10 % sont possibles sur certains terrains. Des

contrôles de densités en début et pendant la campagne sont indispensables.
Pour changer la distance, pousser le tendeur

, accrocher son taquet

puis placer face à face les dentures retenues. Bloquer la

vis du pignon supérieur puis rabattre le tendeur

. Lubrifier (gas-oil) modérément mais journellement la chaîne.

ATTENZIONE : le distanze de la tabella sono teoriche. Sono possibili variazioni dal 5 al 10 % sur certi terreni. Sono indispensabili dei controlli

di densità all’inizio e durante il lavoro.
Per cambiare la distanza, spingere a fondo la leva tenditrice

, agganciare la tacca

, quindi porre faccia a faccia le denture che interessano.

Bloccare la vite del pignone superiore, quindi abbassare il tenditore

. Lubrificare moderatamente ma giornalmente la catena.

WICHTIG : die Abstände auf der Sätabelle sind theoretisch und je nach Bodenbeschaffenheit um 5 - 10 % verstellbar. Überprüfen Sie die

Abstände vor Arbeitsbeginn und während der Aussaat.
Um den Körnerabstand zu verändern, drücken Sie den Kettenspanner

nach oben und rasten diesen ein
