Click the Next button on the next two dialogs to continue.

On the Add a printer dialog, click the caret to the right of the Add a networked
printer label, then click the caret next to the Monoprice label. Click the radio button
next to the MP Mini Delta v2 option, then click the Next button to continue.
If you skipped to this step because the First time run wizard is bypassed, click
Settings > Printer > Add Printer... to display the Add a printer dialog. Click the radio
button to the left of the MP Mini Delta v2 option, then click the Add button. Skip
ahead to step 10.
