A few extra options are presented When “Enable Support Tools” is checked. These are designed to help
support engineers help you.

A link is exposed to download system log files. This takes a few moments and it results in a file that
might be used by support engineers to understand the state of your machine.

The debug mask might be used by the support team to enable more logging of specific events.
