7.0 CLEANING

SWITCH OFF AND ISOLATE THE MACHINES
FROM MAINS SUPPLY BEFORE COMMENCING
CLEANING

Except in an emergency,

do not halt the prover with dough in the carriers and

leave it. Dough will adhere to the pockets and may cause the machine to malfunction.

ALWAYS CHECK THE POCKETS FOR ADHERING DOUGH AND REMOVE AS SOON
AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT WAIT FOR DAILY CLEANING IF IN DOUBT.

NEVER LEAVE THE DIVIDER WITH DOUGH IN THE DOUGH CHAMBER

AS PRESSURES CAN BUILD UP AS THE DOUGH PROVES.
