Plate Handling System User Guide

Setting Preferences

You can set preferences in the SoftMax Pro and the StakMax software

interface. The SoftMax Pro software preferences primarily set how the

data is handled and saved (for example, export format and AutoSave),

while the StakMax software preferences set the robotic functions (for

example, barcoding and scripting).

To set StakMax

preferences

To set preferences in the StakMax software interface, open the StakMax

software interface and click

Preferences

To set SoftMax

Pro preferences

On the main menu, select File > Edit > Preferences.
