Upon expiration of the warranty period or upon the occurrence of one of the causes that leads to the forfeiture
of the warranty itself, service interventions shall be carried out with the cost of repair charged to the Customer.
The cost of the repair includes a fixed amount (so-called intervention cost) for the management and inspection
of the faulty product by the service department equal to Euro 22, in addition to the cost of the repair and labour,
the total price of which will be communicated by means of quotation and the repair will be carried out only with
the explicit consent of the Customer.
If the Customer does not accept the quotation, the Customer shall only be charged the fixed cost of the repair
and shall decide whether to return the product to the Customer with the relative transport costs at his expense
or its disposal. The fixed cost of intervention shall be charged to the Customer if anomalies referable to the point
3 are found.

Modecor guarantees the repair and support services of the product for 4 (four) years after the sale. After this
term, assistance and repairs are guaranteed based on the availability of spare parts on the market and the actual
state of use of the product.
9.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Modecor shall not be liable for any loss, damage or corruption of
data, loss of profits, loss of use of the product or its functionality, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of
revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of increased costs or expenses, or any indirect, special, or consequential
loss or damage. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Modecor's liability shall be limited to the purchase
value of the product. No compensation is recognized for the period of inactivity of the defective product.
10.
These General Conditions of Warranty are governed by Italian law.
11.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution or termination of these General Warranty Conditions shall
be settled by the Court of Varese (VA-Italy).
