Model Code
The options for your transducer are identified in the model code when you order the unit. All
parts of the model code apply to both the 870 and 872 units, except where noted.
The model code is identified as follows:

Type Number (####)
The type number designates the model number of the instrument. The 870B represents the single
ended transducer; the 872B represents the flow-through transducer.
For Example: 872B12PCJ2GC1 describes a flow through Pressure Transducer, 100 psia, 4-VCR
female rotatable fittings, 0-10 VDC output, 1% of reading uncertainty, 15 pin high density “D”
connector for indoor use.
