4 Operating the unit
4.1 Tips for use
In order to use the unit to its optimum and avoid heat loss:
• Reduce the temperature during brief pauses.
• Put the lid on during brief pauses.
• Unit with several deep-frying tanks: Switch off heat zones that are
not required.
4.2 Switching the unit on and off
4.2.1 Switching on
Turn the
On Off
control knob to "1".
The unit is now on.
4.2.2 Switching off
Turn the On Off control knob to "0".
The unit is now off.
ATTENTION
Risk of physical damage from switching off improperly
If there is a power failure or the unit is switched off by a main
switch, it does not switch off automatically. When the power
supply is switched on again, the unit is still on.
•
Make sure that the unit is switched off, when the power
supply is switched on again.
